Shipping policy

Address & Delivery:  Choose your delivery address accordingly so that someone will be able to sign for and/or secure your package. Items >$399 will need to be signed for and many shipments will not be able to be changed in time once shipped. XLevel will do our very best to accommodate, but it is the customer's responsibility to accept that package before the carrier returns to sender. If this happens, pay the costs related to the return of the item, or pay the costs to re-ship the item and any related costs.

We ship all our items the cheapest method possible unless alternate shipping is specifically requested prior to ordering and the customer pays the necessary costs.

XLEVEL DOES NOT and WILL NOT EVER GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE.

XLevel is not responsible for carrier delays or loss of package once delivered. We have seen everything from extreme weather, train derailments, and theft. We can't prevent everything, but we and you can take precautions. Please choose a safe delivery location.

Packaging:  Whenever possible, XLevel will reuse boxes and other packing materials to conserve energy & reduce the waste that ends up in our landfills. Your items will always be packed safely and securely in the most eco-friendly way.
